Back in the DAY, I just assumed there'd be nothing for me to eat at any restaurant I went to. Now, not only do vegetarians (and vegans!) have their own specialty restaurants, but they actually have the audacity to make Michael Chiarello cook for them. Fuckin' Zooey Deschanel and her cute bangs. What I can’t believe is that vegetarians somehow expect to be treated like normal people these days. Clearly, I lack your sense of commitment. For one thing, most chefs hate vegetarians and don't hesitate to feed them the nasty odds and ends from the day's vegetables, then charge them $24 for a "Vegetarian Plate." And as much as I love fine food and drink, I still think there's just nothing better than a big old juicy burger.
