Someone told me there’s a mac & cheese truck in L.A. and not NYC, so it’s tough all over.

Besides, you guys are too busy eating crawdad heads and king cakes down there. WHICH, by the way, I just received two of in the mail today and will be blogging about soon. King cakes, I mean. Not seafood heads.
